Joe,
I am having a bit of trouble gaining.
5'9", 212lbs.
Living in a hotel for work atm but eating as clean as possible.
Eating roughly 3500 calories a day. I work 5-6 days a week up at 4 am in bed by 10pm
Putting down about 250 grams of protein a day.
I'm usually at the gym 4-5 time a week at a minimum unless I am visiting the wife and kids.
Do you have any recommendations?
I am trying to gain more weight but have found it near to impossible. I keep floating around the 208- 215 lbs range.

Hi, nice to meet you, it sounds like your not eating enough...
questions for you; how many meal a day are you eating?
how many carbs are you taking in per meal?(what type/how many meals per day) what type of carbs are you using for pre and post workout...
and what type of training regiment are you following....

Joe, what are your thoughts on the state of women's bodybuilding and the fitness category? It seems both are falling off a lot in the last few years. Most local shows don't even have a fitness category anymore.

Hi John, the fitness category is slowly diminishing for a few reasons, one of the main reason is that its too demanding for the athletes with their (gymnastic) routines, its causing to many injuries, i liked this category, it was entertaining with fitness, ...But with female bodybuilders, it went too far, it has not made any money for years, the federation tried to control it, but they failed so instead they will get rid of it, ifbb/npc is replacing it with physique, as a matter of fact, by 2014 female bodybuilding will end....
here is my friend, Olympia fitness champion Adela in action..
HERE IS FEMALE BODYBUILDING WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO LOOK LIKE

and Here is where its at

the general public is not accepting this look and thats why they do not make any money for the federations/magazines....
its sad..they are great athletes...
