Protein Fluff - 3:1:0 ratio

Bout as simple as possible. Cook 145g of oats with water in the microwave. Add 2 scoops of casein (cinnamon bun right now), 56 g of almonds, a couple packets of stevia and top with cinnamon. ~1050 cals.

Harmonica. I only ever use casein since I just mix into foods, I don't make shakes. It's like a giant bowl of cinnamon roll, perfect bedtime snack, you shant be disappointed.

Overnight oats made with casein.... so much hnnng; nothing quite as thick and filling.

Thanks guys for the pm info to the sale site. As an aside, one of the rare times having a PO Box instead of a regular US shipping address has benefited me was on this site. Regular shipping was $13 or something like that, PO Box shipping via USPS was $9! Yay! The best part is I can pick and choose as you can now use a PO Box address in such a way as to get UPS deliveries to it and the post office people will sign for your packages. Very nice so that I can always choose the fastest and, more importantly, cheapest shipping method possible!

And now I gotta be the mean man and say it's not wise to boast about trying to get around the rules. I can't stop you from PM'ing about other sites but I wouldn't recommend openly talking about it.

Yeah same recipe, flavor comes through very well; a lot better than most caseins anyway. I do tend to stick with just vanilla and chocolate casein admittedly though.

Highly Recommend giving my fluff recipe a try if you want a more "creamy" and less "filling" fluff. E.g., when you don't want to feel like you have a air-baby.

~10g casein + dash of xanthum + ~150g greek yogurt (or goat yogurt)

Right, got my Trutein Chocolate Mint in today and made a fluff (no pics, looks like any other fluff). Quick review-

Fluffs like any other Trutein, one minor annoyance (same with the new formula of Trutein in any flavor) is the powder is very light and fluffy- powder on hands, first world problems.

Taste is just like they say- Andes Mint, if you like that you will definitely like this, prominent but not over dominating on the mint. Chocolate is more of a milk chocolate and takes a back seat to the mint, 60% mint to 40% chocolate taste IMO. Really enjoyed it; have some sitting in my fridge, making overnight oat; cannot wait to blast that in the morning.

To compare it to Cellucor, this is nit-picky, but many who are chocolate mint fans WILL notice the difference.

Cellucor- More of a Thin Mint cookie taste, stronger and more rich on the chocolate, very good 50/50 balance between the two tastes.

Trutein- Andes Mint, more mint than chocolate, lighter more milk chocolate taste.

Both great, no preference personally- depends on what I am using it for. Trutein for sludge and fluff, Cellucor for baking.
