One downside is that even though I'm used to eating a lot a couple hours before bed (~2000 cals), the bloatiness made it hard to sleep. IDK, it was weird. It was a different kind of fullness. Do you guys always feel that way?

Yes. Because it increases the pressure in your stomach via air, rather then solid foodstuff.

yeah it's definitely a different fullness. I remember when I went to my buddys superbowl party last year, I ate so much that I felt sickly full/bloated and wasn't used to it at all because I was used to fluff fullness where it's almost a fuzzy fullness that goes away a lot quicker then a belly full of solid food.

if I eat fluff an hour before I go to sleep I am usually fine, I definitely wasn't used to it at first and found it hard to sleep.

For me it's the xanthan gum that causes that feeling. If I eat fluff with no xanthan gum in it, ill be bloated for a few mins and then burp it all out.
But the 6g of xanthan really makes the fluff feel like its "sitting" in my stomach. For some reason I like that fullness feeling, although it is a different kind of fullness.
If you don't like feeling that way, try using a bit less xanthan, it still makes great fluff

I'll have to play around with it a bit. I still prefer sludge with oatmeal so I'll just have fluff when absolutely necessary but it's a fantastic low cal option though.

Usually. Stopped eating fluff a while ago...

OT: But I DO strongly suggest using crushed ice if you haven't already, makes fluffing a TON easier and faster.

Don't always use crushed ice myself, still get 2/3 the volume but a lot denser- closer to mousse than cool whip- and it de-fluffs slower due to the ice not melting. Depends on how much volume you want IMO.

Speaking of Twinkies lasting forever, I saw the Twinkies episode of "Rewrapped" on the food network and it says that contrary to the whole "nuclear war" theory of Twinkies survival, they only have a shelf life of 50 days or something like that. Anyway, can someone PM me the location of the MRI Casein sale, please?

Bout as simple as possible. Cook 145g of oats with water in the microwave. Add 2 scoops of casein (cinnamon bun right now), 56 g of almonds, a couple packets of stevia and top with cinnamon. ~1050 cals.
