I know that feel brah
I've had it since I was around 14 (17 now) I never really realized how bad it was until girls stopped talking to me (srs)
I don't get as much pimples now, well maybe 1 new pimple ever 3 weeks-4weeks, before though I was getting like 3 or 4 a week which sucked.
Got quite a bit of red marks left from it though which ****ing sucks. Hope it will fade soon for my v card's sake.I always rape back (semisrs)

im sorry your going through this, its really to bad people get judged by there skin
but on a good note, you WILL grow out of it, some people will get acne in there early to mid 20's
before resorting to accutaine and other harsh things try PRO ACTIVE, yes i know i sound slike a commerical person but it WORKS!
i actually break out on my back always have and this keeps my back clear!, at least give it a try, ive seen friends with ance use this too and its worked wonders for them
also......... Drink lots of water! it does wonders for your skin, take fish oil pills, clean your pillow case every other night or one side per night then change it, try to change ur detergent to frangrance free dye free etc, do NOT over clean your face this can make it worse, also ZEST soap works (if u dont wanna try proactive)well, its very drying so it dries everything up, ur face will be DRY but it will all start to clear up, once some of the blemishes have deminished you can start using a moisturizer, i would recomend a non greasy one which u can get in a "gel" form, if u want PM me and i can do some research on some good ones for you
Hang in there it WILL pass, try these steps are you should be seeing some results but at least try pro active i swear by it!

Scars WILL fade!! if you want to speed up the process goto a spa and ask to get a few sessions 2 or 6 (depending how bad) Microdermabrasion sessions, its basicly a DEEP exfoliation used with a machine that peels layers of skin off with these mirco crystal beads. google some before and afters, i worked at a spa and although it was be pricey 90-120 bucks a session its worth it!! your skin is radiant! and is good for getting id of age spots, scaring etc

The only cleanser you should be messing with is 10% benzoyl peroxide face wash. Clean your face with it and than let it sit on your skin for 2-5 minutes afterwords. Your face may get a little dry, but I have oily skin so it doesn't get bad. This is literally the best thing you can do with acne cleansers. Just look it up.
Also like a few people have been saying Tea Tree oil works great. Don't over use it though. I thought it was the answer when I first used it because it cleared my face right up. I kept using it more frequently and it started becoming counter productive and causing worse break outs. Your skin could react differently though.

Ok OP there are 2 ways to completely get rid of acne. I am talking from experience. Proactive and all that over the counter stuff works, but mostly for those kids that get 1 or 2 pimples maybe twice a week. Now in your case, as for many other people with bad acne these are the two options:
Option 1: Accutane. I realize people already mentioned this but I'm just going to emphasize on the fact that it is like dropping a nuclear bomb on your face. It completely wipes out the acne and instead of radiation you will have the worst dry skin and cracked lips of your life. But there are ways to fix this. The only solution for cracked lips is Eucerin Aquaphor healing lotion and dry skin for your face is Cetaphil which both are over the counter.
Option2: You will need to get Duac and SFC lotion (they both come together as a kit), it is prescription and you can get it from your dermatologist. You will need Cetaphil, a bar of Dove soap, a good razor with sharp blades, and good quality shaving cream.
Step 1: In the shower, wash face with hot water and a bar of Dove soap.
Step 2: After your shower, shave with a manual razor and use good shaving cream like Barbosol
Step 3: Rinse your face off with hot water and rub SFC lotion all over your face and then rinse again
Step 4: Rub Cetaphil on your face- not too much, just enough to cover your face
Step 5: Put a tiny dab of Duac gel on each individual pimple.
Step 6: Repeat steps 1-5 every morning. You will need self discipline.
You may be thinking this is way too much product for your skin, especially your face. I assure you it is not and you will have the clearest and smoothest looking skin known to man.

I heard accutane was taken off the market? I heard death was a side effect.
Here is a few things I do that help in my opinion. Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment.
Swimming pools with chlorine usually help me to chlorine is essentially bleach google it. So a small splash of bleach in a large amount of water. Too much and you will get a chemical burn it should be very weak. A cap full to about a gallon of water. Bleach loses its effect after an hour so its only good for one use, dont save it.
Disclaimer I am not a doctor, so do not sue me if you do something stupid. I have accidentally given myself a chemical burn on a open pimple when I was way younger just putting straigh bleach on it, dumb as Fcuk I know. My skins all cleared up now though so Im gorgeous all natural.
Also Dr. Oz says pop pimples with a small needle resulting in tearing it open as little as possible just enough to squeeze out the bacteria puss build up. It does aid in speeding up recovery.
And tanning helps too you will notice your skin will be dryer and less oily. You will also have better color distribution in your face so the red patchy ness will be less noticeable. My girl struggles with acne and she swears by tanning, she gets mad when she doesnt go for a few days she says her acne is way worse.
And don't hate on the bleach thing guys, I debated not writing it down because it sounds so crazy but I figured maybe it would help. I came up with it when I quit swimming and my acne got worse from not having a pool around.

Google the side effects of accutane, Just wait till it clears your skin up and adds suicidal thoughts into the mix and the fact that clear skin isnt an instant life changer to getting girls. You will probably just kill yourself. The misc is quick to just jumping into prescriptions.
The thing about prescriptions is that they never just affect one thing, they tend to effect multiple aspects of the body. Not worth the risk in my opinion. Lots of drugs tend to be the result of looking for a cure for something else and their initial design was not what it may be prescribed to you for. They effect so much, definitely scary. The misc is not a doctor nor is it a pharmacist. But seriously google the side effects and all the law suits against accutane before you hop on that train.
