So I had the worst workout of my life this morning.
I deadlifted. thats all. I was so mad I couldnt even continue.
I went to the gym though again just now with my friend Cameron, I didnt take anything though.

Stretched for about 15 minutes. Then did abs.

I highly advise not to do DL's the day after squats or vice/versa. LOL, at my age I can barely function for about 3 days after a good DL or squat workout.

I honestly think that the issue is for the last couple days I've been masturbating, and up until that I hadn't in like a month. Who knows.

I dont get doms really except in my legs, its not bad though. Maybe I will try it though since I got about 40 servings left.

Im not doubting you, but I think I will stick to the directions on the bottle lol.. Although I have snorted the con-cret a couple times because the cap on the bottle doesnt stay on very well and i dont wanna waste the stuff that spills haha
