This is not the best pic, also the person who edited it or took it cropped half his tris off, I would like to think if they had a wider angle lens that the pic would look more impressive. Its not a good pic to show off how much progress has or has not been made. IMO

Just a side note about Erik's size compared to others: first every persons structure is different second if Erik didnt have the schedule he has I am sure he could play the mass game also.

whether he wins a show in his career or not, he and Centopani, Mark Dugdale...guys with families that you ALWAYS see or hear them talk about give normal gym bros some inspiration and make them feel like you can have a life, family, etc. and still bodybuild...so if that's the House's legacy when it's all over, that's more impactful than if he won the New York Pro

Amen! I feel that since Erik has turned pro he has done just this! He has showed everyone that you can pursue your dreams and become successful with a family and full time job. Think about how much more you see children and wives at pro shows and in their photos and blogs?! Then take a look at all those before Erik turned pro. I am not saying he is the one and only reason for this but he sure has helped the cause!

Erik hasnt won yet but that doesnt mean he wont! Jay Cutler and many others didnt win a whole lot of shows at first either. Erik has finally found the right guidance and this past year he had to rebuild himself. So in due time, he knows he isnt perfect and has weaknesses and he is working on it. And as for contracts he does pretty well with Animal. Its not all about trophies, checks, and titles.

Amen to this. I can't even keep a regular gym routine with all the running around I do. Just got back from the daughter's basket ball game. Had business today, no time for gym. I'm just very fortunate that I can still lift and stay strong, lol. Best of luck to Erik, his family and his future.
