I'm on a 14 day split with 2 rest days. Hit everything 3 times in that span. Only squatting 2 times in those 14 days though.

Training for 4.5 years now. Been serious about diet and training for about 2 years in a row now. My arms are by far my best part and have always over shadowed the rest.

Actually haven't done any cardio in 2 months.
My diet is super strict. Not counting 1 cheat meal in the last 13 days i've eaten the following
Egg whites, lean ground turkey, tuna, chicken, broccoli, Peanut Butter, Grapefruit and then my normal preworkout and intra workout stuff.

I was watching TV on the projector in our living room and I snapped the pic as I was walking to bed.
lol, I have some trunks under there.
AM: 6oz egg whites, 2 tbsp natty PB, 1 scoop protein (blended), 1/2 grapefruit and coffee (mix coffee in with shake a lot)
Next 3 meals are Turkey/Tuna/Chicken (8oz) and 8oz of broccoli (I spend about $30+ a week on broccoli and my farts are fuking terrible)
1 meal of just protein before my workout
Then 1 more of turkey/tuna/chicken and broccoli
And about 16oz egg whites, 4 tbsp PB and 1.5 scoops of protein throughout the day in the shake form.
I know lol, it was like midnight and I was about to zonk.
Never hit them directly. Lots of neutral grip bicep work & a farmers walk here or there.
I'd say low. I'll do like 9 sets of bi's on arm day and it's low weight with really strong contractions. Usually 3 sets with DB's and the rest with cables. (handles and neutral grip rope curls)
