Do you use measuring cups at all? If so, when/what do you use them (for)?

I only use a measuring cup when I want to use the spout.
If my recipe has volume measurements, I just look for an online conversion table, so I know how many grams to use.You can't help the hopeless.

Nope only weighted amounts. Volumetric amounts tend to overshoot what they are as listed in grams
For example.. half a cup of oats is 40 grams (as per the packaging) but when i measure a half cup of oats in a measuring cup it ends up being 50-60 gramsChemical Engineer
