    burn fat to make abs show

    i am trying to transform my body similar to that of roy gt. does anyone they can give me a helpful meal plan and snacks and your workout regimen? i am 184 im trying to lose body fat and gain muscle so my abs show, so can u please look at my pic on my profile and give me some tips.
    any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED. thxx

    right now im eating roughly 1000-1500 cals a day. (on workout days a muscle milk whey protein shake with 1%milk)

    breakfast
    fried egg
    weight watchers %100 whole wheat bread
    banana

    snack
    celery or apple or orange

    lunch
    canned tuna or sardine
    weight watchers bread
    fruits

    snack
    walnuts or apple or celery

    dinner
    chicken or if nothing is cooked repeat lunch

    on the weekends i drink and sometimes eat a little junk

    that's true, though you should only consume at a 500-calorie deficit from your maintenance, otherwise you're going to lose more muscle.

    No.

    Op, lift weights. Get your protein and cut at whatever deficit you can manage. If you are fairly new to lifting, you will put on muscle, not lose it.

    1000-1500 calories is fine as long as you can actually manage it and not end up binging and/or you feel like crap and you strength goes down.

    Plenty of ripped guys cut on 1000 calorie deficits.
