Rate my daily diet? Am I getting enough protein?

    Breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 toast.
    Lunch - Pasta w/tuna 400g
    Post workout - Promass Shake
Snack - Big bowl of cereal
    Dinner - Steak and potatoes
    Snack - 200g nuts(sometimes)

So what do you think of my diet? Am I getting enough protein/carbs or am i getting too much fat? And how many calories is this do you think?

Is that actually 400g of tuna? If so, eating that much on a daily basis is hazardous to your health, based on the knowledge that one tin drained is 130g. You need to count up all the protein in the food you're eating, but as a guideline make sure to get at least 1g Protein/pound of lean body mass. So a 200lb person with 20% bodyfat would shoot for 160g protein as 40lbs of that weight is fat mass (i.e. not lean body mass).

This may come as a shock, but knowing the names of your foods doesn't actually help anyone assess the effectiveness of your diet.
