Hi.
I use BSN N.O Xplode as a pre workout. I am about to finish off my Purple K creatine capsules and am looking for a new creatine to try. I would always take the capsules right before I drink my PWO. I always see creatine monohydrate recommended which I believe only comes in powder form. Would it be ok to mix the creatine with the preworkout since its non-flavoured?
thanks

Yes you can certainly mix creatine mono into your PWO but make sure it's fully dissolved in water so that your body can properly absorb it. Like someone else stated, you can find many other PWO products that have a healthy serving or creatine mixed in already. Xtend is one for sure that's worth looking into.

Creatine can be mixed with just about anything. I would have to agree with Spaz that you should look for a PWO with creatine and save some cash. I would recommend K-Otic as an alternative to one with creatine because I got good energy as well as my Krealkalyn in it.

I have been taking BSN NO xplode as a PWO drink for a while. I just recently ordered in Purpke K and was wondering if anyone had any issues mixing both together? Also, I've only heard those who mix to take 2 capsules before along with the PWO, but none afterwards. Isn't it reccommended to take 2 before and 2 after for optimum results?

well u dont need additional creatine if ur already taking a Pre workout like N.O or such because most of them contains creatine unless ur looking for a real big dose and u only need 3-5 grams of creatine daily thats all. if i were u i would take my other creatine supplement right after my workout for maintenance and better recovery and not with my pre workout.. works much better this way

Perfectly fine to mix the together. If you switch to a powder go ahead and throw a scoop in with your preform out or post workout. If you go back to kre-alkalyn take 2 per and 2 post.

It would just slow down how fast the pwo hit your system but not by all that much. My current PWO in K-OTIC has caffeine+kre alk. Nothing really wrong with taking it pwo or anytime throughout the day.

My preworkout (craze) apparently only has 1.5g of creatine...is this enough for my daily creatine intake or should I mix it with 3.5g of creatine? Or is it best to take separately?
Also wondering whether its ok to take creatine HCL on off days and creatine mono with pwo (as described above) on training days? Or is it best to stick to one or the other?
