No actually I now have another shop that I may have to collect from with police present because he's dodging me. At this rate I'll finish Friday morning. Btw your last shrimp ended up in my bag...it was delicious.

1400 Total!

I feel great about the meet. I hit my goal of 1400, hit a big bench PR. I do think I could have gotten more out of my Bench and Deadlift.

Several things I didn't like about the meet:
No Music (stupid)
No Microphone made it impossible to hear when I was on deck
I hated the jack things we squatted off
Not the meet's fault but, driving 4 hours the day of the meet was stupid

Several things I need to work on:
I forgot to take a deep breath on my squats
Need to be more confident picking weights.

I was most happy with my Bench. I am also pretty pumped with going 8/9 I placed 2nd in my weight class but only because we went in 10 year brackets and the guy that beat me was 31 and a Beast. He totaled 1685! I think I set records for my weight class/ age group since they keep records based on 5 year spans though. Will should let me know soon

I think my lack of confidence in the spotters is a big reason I didn't squat better

2 squatters after me the guy fell backwards and they barely caught it
