At the revolution school the other weekend a guy walked into the second classroom session late, sweating profusly, hair straight up with dirt all over him. He sat down, raised his hand and said: "please explain brake fade to me". -CSG @Corral.net

Today I had my "annual review" even though I've only been working here for 4 months....and I got a little raise! Woohoo!! And they know that I have an interest in fitness, and asked me to think about organizing some sort of fitness challenge/routine office. I'm excited about that
The question is not "who is going to let me," it's "who is going to stop me?"

I made a huge F up with my daughter. Today is take a friend to day care day so I set it all up with her BFF and totally forgot to register her with the daycare. So I'm going to the daycare with BFF in tow and praying that they let her stay. This could turn out bad...I may end up having to call in sick just so the girls can have the day together. Oh well. Not going to disappoint 2 little girls.

Awesome Red!
They'll work it out, Iron. If they don't I'd rethink the daycare.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1
Working to regain strength, muscle, endurance, and lose some blubber. Damn you drinking-wine-on-the-couch. Why are you so good?

Morning!
I have a half day today. My plan A is to go to Six Flags. Plan B was to go to see Batman because Kevin has been waiting for it for a year and has been begging to see it. I can't do that now. How sad. I had to turn off the radio to keep the kids from hearing what happened.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

I got sick listening to it. And, yes, I agree. I would be worried about copycats, as well.
I went to bootcamp this morning. Today was assessments for the first half and then actual bootcamp stuff for the second half.
I kicked all the ladies' asses. Except one lady had a lower bodyfat than mine, but she's a crazy runner chick and I would not want to change bodies with her. AND she really needs to do some resistance training because she's a bit stooped. I also kicked most of the guys' asses, but they weren't exactly in peek shape, so that's not a big accomplishment. Not to get myself to the number 1 spot. It's ridiculous how I turn everything into a competition.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

Simpy, I'm the same way. We get "stripes" on our belts to mark milestones between tests - red for forms, white for stationary kicks, and blue for form basics. I'm pissed off that other people have gotten their red and white stripes and I haven't. I know I'm better than them. I have to be the best at my belt level.

Nice work!! That's awesome about the fitness challenge as well. Perhaps you could make it more a healthy lifestyle challenge? Have a point system where you can also include portions of fruits and vegetables, amount of water consumed, choosing to walk instead of drive, etc. That way people can start changing their lifestyle as well.
I'm sure it'll be fine. You're a good mom willing to take the day off.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing this morning - how sad

It worked out, but I was an hour late to work! Thank goodness my work doesn't keep tabs on time. I had to take a novel of paperwork to her BFF's parent to fill out...LORD...they asked questions like, what are your child's eating habits"? Really? So stupid.
Anyway, they are at the daycare together and then my daughter goes to their house after to swim and spend the evening...so mommy is going out for dinner!
Just heard it on my way here to work...just awful.
Six Flags sound more fun anyway.
I do too! I hate when it's the person you least suspect that is better.
Hope you enjoy your tripIf you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice

I forgot about the job interview! Good Luck, Chris!
I'm enjoying it. I love the wraps. They work, believe it or not, and they really open the door for more real talks about health and nutrition. The Greens are my absolute favorite. I think there's not one person out there that wouldn't benefit from them. Srs.
Eating habits? For one day? Geez. But I guess in that job it's better to be safe than sorry.
Where are you going to eat? My family went to Papa Leno's last night. Usually we get pizza there (so good) but Sexy wanted a grilled chicken sandwich (he's working so hard to eat right without killing and depriving himself. Weight is coming off slowly, but I'm so proud of him!). So I got Lasagna. Oh. My. Lord!
It was so very, very good. But I'm probably over my calories for the entire week now!Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1
