    Bodyweight Exercises to BUILD CHEST & SHOULDERS (come here)

    What are some of the best body weight exercises to build chest and shoulders? For chest I do the normal push up and upper chest push up. (what do you guys think about the Hindu push up?)


    For shoulders I do pike push up and dive bomber. Anything else?

    ROFL about the tiger s#@$.

    Do you have access to dips? Those would be really good. Then do supersets of wide, medium and close handed pushups. Try really slow pushups where you spend about 4 seconds in both the positive and negative phase.

    If you're really strong in the shoulders already, you rest your legs on the wall to stabilize your weight and then try to get close to perpendicular. You can then perform shoulder press with pretty much your body weight.

    Hindu push ups work well for me. Handstand push ups are hard as f$ck but they work too.
