    transformation! 135 - 205 (pics and video links)

    sup everyone! heres my transformation.

    when i started working out 2 years ago i had trouble gaining weight because every 2-3 months i would get sick which were my tonsils, so i would lose the weight i gained, so it took me december 2011 to remove the tonsils out and finally gain some good mass. i got more picture of me on my bodyspace page. i also have some videos of my lifts here. some of my personal records recently were squating 4 plates for 3 deep reps, deadlifing 525 (video) and benching 225 for 13 reps) video.

    incline bench press 225 for 7 reps plus 2 force reps

    thanks a lot you guys im really trying! so far im now at 204.4 and ive been gaining a pound a week and maintained a 17.3 percent bodyfat for 4 weeks, hopefully i will keep this up! will be updating and uploading new pictures and videos of my progress!
