Haha, bet he did! I hope to get a pic up when they actually ship them. Not sure what the hold on my order is, maybe they think I made a mistake or something...lol... I love supporting companies with the right visions.. innovative and fantastic products deserve unequaled support. I managed to squeeze in another box from another site and I also have a few individual bars to break this tie of 18. I figure this other site will at least have the one box sent to me by next week as I can't wait another 3 weeks or so for bb.com to get 17 og them to me. I NEED to try them now!
btw, I am eying the sexy Quest shirts for maybe that world record pic I will take in the future!?!

If you'd take the time to look at the profile of Quest bars (6/24/20 - fat/carbs/protein), they're incredibly nutritionally sound. I would argue that the combination of protein and high fiber (17g) at around 170 calories leave the level of satiety that Quest provides (especially when on a caloric deficit) higher than most other comparable whole foods. Bars are not the end-all solution when it comes to nutrition, but they can be a valuable tool to help meet a variety of macronutrient goals and are also inherently convenient. It is important to keep in mind that companies make their products to suit the needs of the consumer market - if there was not a market for bars, they would not be produced. The main advantage, as far as I am concerned, of bars is that they are an incredibly convenient method of delivery. When it comes to Quest, that method of delivery is convenient, boasts an incredibly clean profile, and is rather tasty (especially the Natural line).
Wherever you're quoting the $2/bar price from, I'd suggest you shop around to find a more competitive price. People always mention price as a sticking point for a purchase, but it is important to keep in mind that you're investing in great raw materials, quality customer service, and a superior flavoring system. The differential cost between a Quest bar and some of its nameless, cheap, big-box-store competitors is incredibly small and comes with a myriad of benefits.
Also, finally broke my Coconut Cashew habit this morning and had a Cinnamon Roll bar instead.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.
