Ok so im new to bodybuilding.com and i figured why not ask my questions on here where people know what theyre talking about. So to start off iim a junior in highschool, 17 years old, im a guy, 6 foot 2, 155 lbs and i play soccer. Im quite skinny, people always comment on how skinny i am even though i dont feel THAT skinny. I started working out in september regularly going to the gym 5 days a week alternating days to work on upper body (biceps, triceps and core) and legs (thighs, calves). I use a weight gainer called ISOMASS XTREME about 2 times a day and i have gained about 10-15 lbs since september. However, the problem is even though i can clearly see results in my arms (mostly defintion and strength) i want to get thicker. I dont want to be fat but it looks weird cuz i have a lot of muscle built but no fat to even it out, so i basically look like skin and bones.
I really want to get thicker arms and especially thicker thighs and calves, since people always say i have chicken legs. If anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it!!
