About 9 months ago I was 120 lbs (left) then picked up a 6 day split and 3500 cal diet, best decision of my life. Sitting just under 170 lbs atm, bulking to 180 lbs/May 1st then I'm cutting to 7% bodyfat
Evidently these are my current stats (got tested like a week ago) Not sure how accurate this is, would have guessed at least 13% BF
At 18 years old, should I take EC stack when I cut? Or should I just rely on cardio and calorie deficit (measly reps for answers)

Cutting varies from person to person, so it might take shorter than my estimate.
I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole based on the fact that it has ephedrine.
