    How many tablespoons of peanut butter do you eat everyday?

    I eat 5-6 tablespoons at night to get in around 400-500 calories. there's 340g in the jar so according to my calculations i should get around 22 tablespoons out of a jar.

    there's 570 calories in 6 tablespoons but i eat 6 as if i'm only gonna get 400-500 lol

    looool, when I was in the 260ish range, Id eat globs of that **** at a time.

    I dont remember the macros off the top of my head but 5-6 tablespoons only has 400-500calories in it? I thought it was alot more

    bro my peanut butter says 95 calories per 15g tablespoon. i try to eat a bit more because i don't want to be eating less than 15g. i have no clue how much 15g of peanut butter is. could be a massive tablespoon, medium, or smaller. so don't know if i'm underestimating or overestimating.

    My all natty pb is 200 cals for 2 tbsp and i eat like 8-10 a day prolly.. easy 800-1000 cals

    only 2-4. i use natty pb, sometimes pure peanut , sometimes the type with coconut or flax oil in it . I pretty much only use it in shakes.

    apparently this is 16g of peanut butter




    is my calculation even right? getting a bit confused about all this p.b. the jar says "each tablespoon (15g) contains 95 calories". the amount of peanut butter in the jar is 340g. so if i do 340g divided by 15g, does that mean i should theoretically be able to get 22 tablespoons out of a jar?

    also does it matter if i get around 50g fat from peanut butter every night. other stuff i eat throughout the day is: 100g pasta, tuna, 5-6 eggs, around 4-8 slices bread, 100g rice, chicken.
