After doing bent over rows, i strained something in my back.. it healed to a point of 4 weeks then i reinjured it again, then healed to a point of 2 weeks and re injured it again..
(It happens because it feels 100% and i end up picking up something less than 30KG and starting from scratch)
The last time i reinjured it was from picking up a 20kg box, the pain has gone away and my back feels maybe 30-40% better
I went to the doctor, he did tests and stuff and confirmed that it was a 'soft tissue injury' and my discs and joints were 100%
now Im the type to worry and stuff so i didnt really settle with this, im worried that its permament because I kept reinjuring it and also It would be reassuring if I knew WHAT ligament or what muscle is affected..
I get extreme discomfort (not pain) if i sit for too long (Not in my tailbone)
