Is it safe and healthy to eat as much fruit as you want? A lot of grapes, blue berries, two apples, a banana?
I heard the natural sugar is all good for you and you wont gain weight ir fat from eating too much fruit
Same goes for vegetables like broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, celery, etc

In all seriousness though, OP, don't think about that stuff at your age. That's how eating disorders start. Eat as much as you want. The only thing you should be remotely conscious about is getting enough protein. It's simple, eat a big slab of meat 2-3x per day with some veggies. If you're still hungry eat whatever you want
