Hi
my 12 week trainer all began after christmas when i felt fat and unhealthy and decided it was time to do something about it. I came across this website and after browsing and reading many articles and threads i came across the kris gethin 12 week trainer. After fixing my diet and buying some supps i began.
At the moment i am currently on day 2 of week 5
Weight lost so far- 4.4kg
diet- 1800 cals, 170g protein
6am
oats
water
8am
Tuna half tin
25g brown rice
10am
Chicken breast
small bag of vegetables (boil in bag veg, spinach, sweetcorn and broccoli)
12pm
Tuna half tin
25g brown rice
2pm
2 scoops protein shake
3 creatine caps
GYM
4:30pm
2 scoops protein shake
3 creatine caps
6:30pm
Chicken breast
boil in bag veg
1 sweet potato
Is this weight loss sufficient to the hardcore trainer programme as i am not sure if it has been enough but I have also uploaded 2 progress pictures to see if you guys can see any visable difference (sorry about quality)
Do you guys think i have gyno as my pecs seem a funny shape and different shapes?
Could anyone have a guess at my BF%

I'm on the same program right now and i love it. I've been cutting for about 6 months.. i cheated over the holidays and started up this program right after christmas. I was 199 (about 90 kgs) the monday after christmas and as of this morning currently sitting at 181.6 (about 82 kg's) Lost 7" around the waist so far.. gonna keep it going!
Just started doing the cardio with 2 sweat shirts on / sweat pants.. never done this before but my god it makes you sweat.Currently cutting. Started 8/26/2012. Beginning weight: about 230. Starting cal intake: about 4,200.
(in the red because of a stupid argument over dead lifts, nothing else)
