    how do you pop your hip back into place

    cant do legs because it feels like my right hip needs to be popped/cracked in some way i just cant figure out how


    going to see a chiropractor next week anyway but want to know if any misc brahs have this problem and solve it on their own

    Depends on what is wrong with it. For my hip problem I have to put something between my knees and squeeze on it.
