I might try that sounds like a good idea. I did squats today 107.5kg x 3+ and hit 10 reps, form was better I think (video in log). I'm loving 5/3/1 at the moment, and will do brother and deadlifts were really good but thats always going to be the case with 60kg.

On the srs note great job on the bench dude, you're soo closeto 3 plates git it a few more months.
Chin ups are definately a bitch if you are near the peak of a bulk or bulking in general.

5/3/1 is a great program in my opinion.
some good squatting there dude! and at least youre deadlifting, youll keep be somewhat adapted to it when you can go heavy again. i had to stop entirely aha.

got to the gym in weather that was way too humid, which meant i was exhausted by the third set of RDLs. when i arrived, both squat racks were taken so i had to use the power cage, which is narrower than the squat racks so obviously my stance was narrowed. when i got to 60kg my hip flexor strained.. nothing major but was still a huge pain the ass.
i went back and spent a while longer rolling out the hip flexor which didnt help too much, but was kinda thrown when getting back to squatting. still hit target reps which was good, but it was interfered with by the hip flexor and made things much harder than it shouldve been.
pull ups ended up being great. as posted on monday, i was feeling a pretty bad elbow pain when doing chins and i felt it today on pull ups. i had to do extremely controlled negatives, as doing anything other than that would aggravate it. felt really good actually.
spent quite a while rolling and stretching the hip flexor, so hopefully itll be okay. theyve never been tight before as i used to roll them out too, but something strained it obviously."It is what you do with the knowledge that dictates who you are" - Xuaxace

romanians are probably closer because you use a lot of stretch reflex on them and ROM is often somewhat decreased. Still it is very very high and impressive. I never even got close to that!

i saw the fornt squats and posted in your log.
depth looked great in the first 2 sets, maybe couldve been better on the last but youll keep improving as the injury recovers
the same thing has happened to my by falling forward when i did over head squats haha, try sit back more.
