    Soy, soy sauce and estrogen?

    Alright so i read and heard that many foods like soy milk increases estrogen levels in men and will start having gynecosmastia, but i'm chinese and i live in asia, and was wondering does soy sauce increase estrogen levels? cause in chinese food almost EVERYTHING is cooked with soy sauce....so is soy sauce estrogenic?
