Do a little wider stance, and dont let your knees come that foward past your toes. Have your butt back like its sitting on a chair, instead of putting so much focus on your knees. Also make sure your toes are facing a little outward, so your knees dont go inward.
Squats are a little tricky, but keep at it. Once you get the form down, then you can start throwin on the weight.

learn to embed and you will get more responses. if you're going to do high bar break at the knee and drop down.. you come forward a lot and your chest caves. maintain a good arch in your lower back and stay tight throughout.. work on your depth too. keep at it and you will get the hang of it.Last edited by mmorton; 02-06-2012 at 04:34 PM.

I think your biggest problems are:
1 - Inconsistency
2 - Coming up on your toes
3 - Depth.
Other than practicing with an empty bar, give goblet squats a try. If you're wearing jeans that's also a problem. Have you read the sticky on the squat? The more that you read, the more things you'll know.
The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.
