Is it better to sleep 8 full hours or to eat every 2-4 hours? Like should I wake up in the middle on the night to eat some steak or chicken or something, or would it be more beneficial to sleep 8 hours straight

Meal timing and frequency has no importance at all. As long as you hit your daily macros, you don't need to drink a shake before bed or wake up to take one. People will argue that sleep isn't too important but it really is. Not only for weight loss/gain. I find myself to be more productive, energetic, and I focus more when I sleep good.
