    For anybody who has used Blue Gene, Triazole, or both... GTFIH!

    (I'd like some help )

    I started a cut about 2 weeks ago and here in the next week am going to add some supplements in to minimize my muscle loss. Now, my options are Blue Gene, Triazole and Supremacy (Neogenix). I already have all of these on hand but am wondering if anyone can give feedback as to what combination I should use. Blue Gene seems like a good bet as it seems tailor-made for overall health and well being, as well as peak physical performance. I'm doing about 4 different types of cardio a week so i don't get bored and, while getting me in really good shape, takes a toll on the body in a caloric defecit.

    Anyways, I have a little over 1/2 a bottle of Blue Gene and plan to order a full one if I like it after a week and a half. Has anybody upped the dose to 6-7 pills? I only weigh 160 but with 46 days' supply I will have a little bit left over after my target date.

    Regarding Triazole, I am 20 years old, soon to be 21. I have used PES' Erase and, despite excellent reviews I got absolutely nothing from it. This makes me a bit wary of the AI category until I'm a few years older but I have heard that Blue Gene stacks well with AI's.

    Lastly, I have Neogenix's Supremacy, a nutrient partitioner. My thought is that on my high protein diet it will help me hang on to some extra lean mass.

    I also have some Formestane but unless someone convinces me otherwise it wouldn't serve much purpose in this situation.

    Advice will be much appreciated by members and reps alike, if I get some good support I'll post a log with before/after pics

    Ah, yes- 1 more thing. For Blue Gene users, would you say that the focus and thermogenic effects are prevalent enough that I should cut out fat burners on my cut?

    I can't comment on the other products because I have never used them, but honestly, Triazole is far superior to Erase from my experience with both. As far as the formestane goes, I agree that it is not needed in your situation right now.

    I have used Blue Gene a few times before its a great supp as far as keeping your strength while on a cut, my advice would be to pick up the second bottle you start to notice the effects a lot more on the 2nd, that being said I wouldn't up the dosage beyond the 5 a day and I never really noticed any thermogenic effect from it.

    I love blue gene used two bottles of it. noticed more endurance in cardio activities and increased strength recovery pumps when lifting and oddly enough better sleep and increaed libido. good product very underated

    Blue Gene was my favorite supp, saw the best gains on that. I have been off it for half a year and I can't wait to get on again once crazy work season is over

    I'd stick to the regime 5 x a day everyday.

    I've never heard about BG with an AI? (Maybe that was Blue UP ?)

    I'd stack Supremacy with TZ and then run the BG after that.

    Supremacy is also a natty test booster and should stack well with TZ.


    Note:This is exactly what I'm starting next week! Supremacy with TZ for 6-8 weeks. Followed by 1 bottle of BG.

    I would save the Supremacy for a bulk. Nutrient partitioners have a much more pronounced effect with a med-high carb intake (assuming that you will be restricting carbs on a cut).

    As you know there are a myriad of BG reviews on dese here forums. While the feedback is overwhelmingly positive, person-to-person feedback on the intensity of the "clean energy" or whatever you want to call it varies with regards to its intensity. I was recently prescribed Vyvanse and when I take caffeine while on it the energy-boosting effects are noticeably amplified, causing me to go from the standard dosage of 2 and 2 fat burner pills to 1 and 1. Enhanced thermogenics don't bother me but I'm not sure if the combination of vyvanse, moderate stimulants AND BG will be too much.

    ddfox, I'm pretty sure it was Blue Gene but not 100%. I'll post a link after my nap. About to crash now after the marketing test I just brutally gang raped . Are you going to run a log? I'd definitely sub to it. I only have 1 bottle of each at the present, I'm going to hold off until I'm sure one way or the other if I should run Supremacy on under 75g carbs a day

    While I have you guise here, can anyone be so kind as to provide me with a couple more answers... I like to split up my cardio and lifting sessions. It usually works out to be about 2 hours apart but (ideally) I prefer one around lunch and one at night. Should I split up my BG dosage between them or take it all before the first one? Or does it benefit me more to take it before cardio vs. lifting or versa vice?

    Um I'm sure there is an answer to this question on the forums but it would take some good searching. I'm going to add in AI Nutrition's HGHpro at nighttime. If I eat calcium at night (cottage cheez) how long will it be before it is digested enough to take the zinc-containing compound without having its absorbtion blocked?

    Edit: Wow! I just realized that with this bottle of BG I will have 30 CL labels... so if I like it as much as y'all seem to that'll be on the list of what I choose

    do not expect energy or a thermo effect with Blue Gene. If you do, you will be disappointed. You need to run 2 bottles back to back. What you will see is a gradual increase in strength, recovery, muscle fullness/hardness, and libido. I've ran as much as 3 bottles back to back. My strength gains seemed to continue throughout the cycle.

    Anyway, do not expect anything immediate with Blue Gene. But, if you take it daily as directed, you WILL see results. For those that stick it out for 2 bottles, you know exactly what I mean.

    For someone that has never used ph's, etc., this has been my favorite supplement of all time.

    Thanks man. I was on youtube yesterday looking for a video and I'm pretty sure I saw one of you entitled "squat fail" or something like that lol gjdm!

    and uforce that's good to hear, I'll definitely enjoy increased muscle fullness while I'm carb-free. I'm not sure if I'll get strength increases although I definitely hope I do. I've taken several test boosters with minimal strength gains just because of my age I assume however if BG does beat them all out it'll be the #1 supplement in my book.
