i'm 19 and i need to lose some fat. right now i'm about 205lbs with about 13% bodyfat. i'm trying to diet down for a bodybuilding show so i need a good diet plan.
right now i'm taking in about 2200 cal. with about 250 grams protien, 162 grams of carbs, and 54 grams of fat.
is this good should i stick with this? or should i go on a keto diet?
i'am also thinking of getting some 1-test. to help keep my muscle mass.
anyway tell me what you all think.
