seems like we should have by now...what do YOU consider a sociopath, if you've met one? (instead of what Western Psych labels of criminal activity/lack of emotional awareness/etc)

You shouldn't even be able to tell if a person is a sociopath. They're supposed to be able to mimic and blend in with those around them. Obviously there are moments where being a sociopath is prevalent, but you'd have to be around the person constantly to pick up on it.

I used to know a guy.
One night after a club he was hanging around outside and someone walked by and glanced at him. He casually strolled up to the dude, king hit him in the jaw knocking him out. He proceeded to stomp on his head repeatedly until someone got the security to pull him off.
Dude was a fcking loser dunno what happened to him, hopefully in prisonNov 04-fatass @40%bf

What you're referring to is actually a study by famous psychologist Paul Babiak. He discovered 1 in 25 bosses are sociopaths, not 1 in 25 human being.
There are tons of articles on that matter online:

wow *******s still think it's cool to pretend to be a sociopath....lol stupid *******s
newsflash: no sociopath will admit they're one.
-fear is not displeasant to sociopaths
-they lack all emotion, but can mimic them extremely well
-most often raised by lone mother, abused
-it's believed the large majority of 'normal' people's thoughts are spent towards relationship building, and because sociopaths don't care about relationships except for exploitation, it gives their free thinking time great focus onto manipulation and mimicking emotions to get their way.
-There is no spiritual way to overcome 'dark' entities (sociopaths), you can try to learn from them but the most you will get is tolerance and patience for something that doesn't even deserve it.
