    Why not hit the bag/weights first then get drunk after? You'll still get benefit if you do it drunk but more chance of doing something stupid and getting hurt.

    I have experienced my best gains when lifting while hammered. Not only am I stronger, my coordination and balance are off the charts.

    While the most fit and able I have ever been, I am also more charming and handsome than usual and am able to woo every tight-bodied lass in the cardio area. Not a drunk workout session goes by that I am not the king of the jungle and all those young ladies are my lionesses.

    what I find is most productive is kettlebell exercises while drunk. Make sure you swing them around violently.

    Yall crazy. I love to get hammered, but when I'm serious about making progress I never drink, let alone around workout time. Alcohol forces your digestive system to switch priorities: away from anabolism and towards getting sober. That's why even on rest days I avoid alcohol.

    one of the main reasons i dont drink at all anymore is due to lifting. once in a great while ill slam a few down, but i feel much stronger without it
