I have been keeping my bench with a slight incline very slight about 15 deg. or 4" @ the head and 2" at the chest area.
Is the sufficient to work the same mussels as the flat bench, in the same way?
if not what is the difference?

The thing to remember is that as the angle of incline increases, so does front/medial delt involvement. 15 degrees isn't going to cause much of that delt involvement, so I wouldn't worry about it.Have a coaching, training, nutrition question? PM me!
