Meet my new granddaughter, Gus
My daughter's new kitten.....awe!!!!
Scale is going in the right direction too ~
I think I'll push up 1 or 2 more pounds. I feel like I look much better then I did at 132. It's a good day
Happy Sunday! I have tomorrow off too. This 4-day weekend has been awesome! I've caught up on some sleep, caught up on some reading, caught up with some friends and feel much better. Time away from the frickin stress oven really helps. It did take the entire day on Friday to actually calm down and destress.Caring about what people think of you is useless. And this is why I'm so afraid of death, srs. I'm so scared that maybe we just keep coming back as other people and the odds of being in a normal country with a somewhat normal life (you have a place to live, food to eat, are not tortured) are very slim. Ohhhhkay, and that concludes our segment of "The most depressing thing you will read today!" lol

Heya!!! Gus is a cute name! My daughter's other cat's name is Murphy.....they are both girls
Sure! You don't even have to travel as far as my house. My daughter lives in Michigan!
Kittens are soooooo funny and sooooo adorable!
Yea, I was getting a bit worried about myself too. When the stress and frustration of work make me almost cry (at work) there's a big problem. I'm not at all the crying type and I almost just about lost it one day. Knew right then I needed a break.
Thanks! Making that scale move up is a heck of a lot easier then getting it to go down!
Isn't she a cutie-pie Really tiny too! Just look at those eyes!
I hear you! We take a lot for granted that's for sure.
Yes, I'm feeling very relaxed today and not feeling one bit guilty that I've done absolutely nothingCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Today I began the final phase of the periodization program I've been on. I've really been enjoying this program and have made some decent gains. I'm now back to working sets of 12-15 reps, but this phase has the last set of each exercise with reps to failure/rest-pause for 15 seconds/reps to failure/drop-set reps to failure. I was feeling it today!
