I use my video camera, have used my phone a couple times but it does a terrible job converting footage to your computer and uploading to youtube and is a royal pain in the ass all around. If you have a video camera either have someone hold it for you or set it up on a nearby bench and make sure nobody sits on it. I do that all the time at my gym, I think it's against the rules, but no one seems to care.

I use my cell phone. I had a friend take the pull-up one since the gym was getting crowded/nowhere to put the phone easily. I want to take a DL one soon. And squat. Though then I get all nervous posting them up...lol.
