Oh I hate squirrels SRS, one stole my Easter Peeps when I was 7. When I see them in the road I don't swerve, I speed up. Still don't like bunnies, not sure what they did to me, but I'm sure it was something.

I like the Peak 400 a lot! Capsi-blast/Peak 400 combo is kick-azz in the gym. But, I know, it's a lot of work to run a sponsored supplement log .. but they're fun and I like meeting new people!

Oh darn on the Lulu's. I was going to come over and try yours on. I'm still on the fence about getting new ones a size smaller. Mine still fit pretty good, but that tie string at the waist is getting to be one giant bow!!!

Workout was sweet! Only my second time using Peak 400, but I can definitely feel this working in the gym. Really, really love this supp already!

I think I'm close to being done with this cut. I've only lost 8 pounds, but my body has changed a lot. I really like how I look ... very happy with every little inch. I may drop a pound or two more just to see where that takes me. Would like a tiny bit more ab definition, but I don't want to get spindly lean looking. My coach says if I follow his advice on training and nutrition, I will finish up looking lean and hard ... and I believe him.

I'll post up today's leg workout in a bit and I promise to hit everyone's journal this weekend! Three days off!!!! Yay!

I saw that Con-Cret promo. I think you'll like the Peak 400. It's hard to explain how it feels, but there's a great pump and I just feel like I am really hitting my lifts solid. I'm off creatine right now during my cut, but I think Con-Cret and Peak 400 will be a great combo.

Does anybody know the reasoning behind the "don't film, don't take pics" in gyms? I can understand why it's a big no-no in the locker room (although I still take pics of MYSELF in there as long as nobody is near me.) But I mean I'm sure I'm in the background of a few gym vids of other people, I don't care at all.
