SWOOSH IS BACK IN TOWN (kind of)
Today I broke a mirror. About the very last thing I need is 7 years of bad luck tacked on to the string of bad luck I've been muddling through lately. But I got through today unscathed, in fact today was actually pretty good. I was able to take a nice long 10 minutes to eat my lunch....which is about 9 and a half minutes longer then I've had in the past few weeks. I also actually sat down and ate lunch. Plus, I was able to eat with a coworker, who by some small miracle, also had 9 and a half minutes longer to eat lunch today, and we laughed!! We didn't even talk about work....but laughed about stupid stuff and it was awesome.
That silly 10 minutes made me realize how much I missed all of you. My work life is still very intense, but it's getting better and I'm going to start up my journal again. I can't be on every day and I probably won't be able to post every workout, but I'll do what I can. I think you all know how much you mean to me and you make a difference in my life and I don't want to lose that......or any of you. So I'm back (and I'm going to feel really stupid if none of you show back up again)
I figured something else out today. When I was in line in the grocery store after work today, the man in front of me had 7.....yes, 7 boxes of Smooth Move Tea and then and there I realized there really is someone in this world more full of sh$t then me.
Be back later with an Amazon-worthy workout and a picture of my awesome, badazz camo pants that finally came in the mail.....they rock.Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Hey Swooshie!!!! Glad to see ya, looks like we're on the same schedule, pop in here once in a while, post a workout, and creep back into the night. Can't wait to see the pants!
I bet a tub of protein you have your wireless router and internet modem in some dumbass place like the basement and were trying to kill a spider and accidentally smashed said boxes with a hockey stick? It's 9:40 and I just finished eating dinner....this seems to be the norm now. My tilapia was yummerz though! Tonight I felt kind of flubba so I'm hoping Pharty is right and there's a whoosh on the horizon....I sure could use a good whoosh
The gym was crazy packed tonight. People were everywhere....they were especially everywhere I wanted to be! My gym has this thing called "Member Appreciation Day" once a month. It's just the dumbest thing ever. They just bring people in who set up these little booths and try to sell us their stuff. How is that appreciating my membership??? Come on LA Fitness, if you want to show your appreciation, act like you know who I am when I walk in your front door.
