I'm in trouble
Thanks! I was happy to drive out of that parking lot though .... last car left in the entire lot.
Thanks! Today was nice. Slept in a little, worked on some tax stuff, ordered a pizza and now I'm sitting by the fire with my comfy clothes on watching football and talking to you guys .... good day todayCaring about what people think of you is useless. Cute penguin!
Happy Sunday!!!
I'm starting my very needed deload this week......and I've decided to take a little journal vacation too. I tend to be on here very late at night, and I really need to get the Swoosh Tush in bed before 1 a.m. I'm looking a little like poo lately trying to burn the candle at both ends. Time to get off the crazy train. Sooooooooooooooooooooo .... I'm off! See you all in a week or so {{{{smooches}}}}

Enjoy the rest! I've been tempted to cancel my cable/internet for like a month just to see if I'd get so bored I'd start going to sleep at 9pm lol.

I tried posting a couple pages back when I read that you had such a horrible day, stupid phone likes to eat messages and posts so I only read now. I'm glad that the day got better and you were able to pull it together, it's never a weakness to admit you are overwhelmed
The last couple of workouts you recorded where awesome, PR's all over! Hopefully after this vacay it will give you the rest that you need so you can come back killin it
Hehe, Red! Yep that would be awesome if she couldIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

I miss Swoosh.
Hope you come back here soon, I have resorted to watching this HoneyBooboo show, motherofgod.jpg I just watched this gigantic ham of a woman pour like a quart of butter into a bowl of corn for T-giving dinner. And those swollen bare muffin hands mixing the mashed potatoes. This is soooo horrific yet I can't stop, please someone block the TLC channel asap before I have nightmares of this chick gnawing on my leg like I'm a rotisserie chicken.Current PRs:

Yeah really, the graphic surgeries of bewb implants were fine to watch while I was eating dinner, but this Booboo, noooo just no. I will never eat turkey, corn, or mashed potatoes again. Well... maybe I'll just swear off of them this week.....

I watched a couple episodes post surgery. I blame the narcotics. (What's your excuse again, Mammie? )

Awe!!!! You guys are so sweet
Two big changes in the Life and Times of Swoosh ~
1. I hired a kick-azz coach. He totally changed up my lifting and nutrition. It's extremely regimented and I'm going to get shredded I'm super excited about it and I love having a coach.
2. I don't think I'm going to return to journaling I'll pop in now and again, but it had become too time consuming and I needed to free up some time for other things......like sleeping
