Thanks, Red! I sent you a PM
I try and stay clear of the drama too, but this was pretty epic! I used to get migraines quite a bit, and I hadn't had one in a while, thankfully. Ibuprofen and caffeine seem to squash them a little. Thanks, geek!!
What did you have in mind, RB?
Actually there was a bit of a failed girl fight! Something totally work related was said by someone and all of a sudden I see this yellow stethoscope flying across the nurses station and a loud "I'M DONE!!!" and all hell broke loose! Oh Yeah ..... dis is gonna be good.

It looks like I'm going to have fun with this program next week. Did you take all the info from the site? I printed out the Y3T calendar and the first three weeks of training. Very excited to start.
I only do cardio once a week and people watching is the most fun! On the Step Mill's you can see the whole gymJulia

Well, here's the thing ... I had finished tanning and the tanning bed had turned off and there was just a little lamp on in the room ... no overhead light in the room, and my phone camera doesn't have a flash, so I snapped the pic and didn't look at it until I got in the car, and it was just a black square! I will take another one .. promise!
Have fun, PSS <3 Food Porn FTW
SB's shoulders are sore today!
I'll take another one CB
Thanks, ER! Still loving this program!
My legs have been my total lack of visual muscle frustration .. so I was amped when I saw some definition ... bitty as it is, it is there Whoot!!
I think you'll love it! Especially coming off of PHAT. I like the microcycles and I'm on week 6 and not one bit bored ... and Swoosh gets bored with programs quickly. I do follow the program from the site on bb.com fairly closely ... but I tweek a few things, just due to personal preference.
HIL say it ain't so Promise ... quad pic coming soon!
Hey .... it's Friday!!!!
So, tell me ... is this weird??? I want to have a big Thanksgiving with lots of friends over, but, of course, everyone is busy on Thanksgiving with their own families, so I'm having a "Day After Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Dinner" Since everyone will have had the obligatory Turkey din din the day before, I think I will have a big Prime Rib din din ... is that against some Thanksgiving Law or anything?? Won't get arrested by the cornbread stuffing police, will I????
I'm also going to have everyone who is there put their name in a hat and we're each going to draw a name for Christmas. But instead of giving that person a gift, I'm going to tell everyone they have a $50 budget and they have to find something meaningful to do with that $50 that benefits someone in need/or deserving. Then at Christmas we will reveal what we did with our $50 in honor of the name we had drawnCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

you know better
your day-after-skanksgiving-dinner sounds like a great idea, especially with the $50 benefit, work instead of buy something program. our neighbor that has the field behind our house has a big black friday dinner in his barn and everyone has to dress up like indians or pilgrims-it's a pretty good time a a stress relief from the previous family and shopping day activities225OHP/315B/420S/505D

Those are GREAT ideas! The food and the gift idea. A while back we used to do a Prime Rib on T-Day just for something different. Some horseradish mashed potatoes go great with that. I would be giving my $50 to the SPCA or Humane Society.Julia

HIL do you dress up as an Indian or a Pilgrim? I see you more as an Indian myself .... just can't picture you in one of those funky Pilgrim hats!
Thanks, Julia! Oh yea, I love me some mashed potatoes! See!....two very worthy recipients. I'm excited to see what people do with their $50.
RB, you can't keep the $50 ..... play by the rules ...... K?
Hi Lexi! Thanks .... why don't you come up and join us?
I though you were moving in???? I was expecting you to do the cooking, Raigs!
See, that's just it! Everyone gets the "I dunno" and people run around like crazy in bad moods trying to pick out whatever for whomever. Wanted to do something different and meaningful this year.
Check your mailbox FarmerHoss!
How did you know that's just what I need right now, Matziebabe? Um, I think you need a shave though ..... just sayin
Thanks, Jeezy!!

Here's a Helpful Hint Courtesy of LA Fitness ~
Don't have a locker lock? Just use a piece of tape to secure your wallet, credit cards, car keys, etc .......
(the locker next to mine yesterday )
BACK
Low Pulley Row Man, these are tough
warm up
30 x 10
45 x 10
60 x 10
working sets
75 x 16
80 x 16
SS
Wide Grip Pulldowns
80 x 16
80 x 16
T-Bar Rows
I'm not sure what the bar weighs....so weight listed is not including bar. I think I'm getting better at these. At least I can stand up straight and walk when I'm done now
Bar + 35 x 18 x 2
SS
Straight Arm Pulldowns
65 x 14
70 x 12
High Hammer Row
60 drop to 50 x 12 x 2
Weighted Hyperextensions
20 x 2
Weighted Incline Crunches
25lb plate x 100
I maintained more then progressed this week, but I was a bit under the weather for a few days ... so I'll take itCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Swoosh has quadage!!!!!
So it wasn't the lack of lighting creating amazing shadows in the tanning bed the other night making it look like I had some quad definition ..... I really, really do!!! This is big news because my legs have been my nemesis for ever!!!
Progress Pics .... I think I took the first one about 3 months ago and today's pics I took right after my shower this morning .... and even though there's nuthin under that towel, flexing for a quad shot ain't that shmexy!

Nice quadage Swoosh, I see poppage in both, also smexy knee. Yeah those low rows are always killer.
BRB going to nearest LA Fitness, ripping tape off of lockers, and charging up people's credit cards with the biggest Honeybaked Ham purchase you have ever seen. Swoosh you have to at least put a frog in their locker.Current PRs:
