I'm keeping tabs on that crazy hurricane/snow storm ... just because I'm a ex East Coaster! We used to rent this beach house for family reunions in Delaware, probably right where the storm will hit.

Hiya E Actually, not too bad! I think they felt worse yesterday but I did up my aminos and I've been walking a lot this weekend, so that probably helped. I'm getting ready to print out Week 4

To every single person who's ever been in my journal, you guys are the best. I truly mean that. I took a little forum break for some personal reasons and P and Ham and Spanky were so supportive and helpful and stayed in close touch with me and I appreciate that so much. RB even came over one night and I was whining to him about feeling like a pipsqueak lifter and he said something like "quit talking and roll over" and all of that helped so much ... and I'm back!!!

I had a friend come over last night and she brought donuts Who in their right mind would come to my house with donuts? She said she thought they would make me feel better and I said when my skinny jeans don't zip in the morning I'm sure not going to be feeling better. The one I did eat, wasn't even that good and was the worst gut-buster ever. But, my jeans did zip up this morning and I put them on with my new boots and I'm going shopping because I'm supposed to be saving money ... which is always the very best time to go shopping because that's when you find everything you love, but can't afford. Right? I mean when you have the money, and you're on a mission to buy cool stuff, you can't find a single thing.

I've been working out all week. Tuesday armie things, Thursday shoulderie things, yesterday backie things ... including rack pulls. When I do rack pulls people around me watch. I can see them in the mirror watching me. The trainers even watch. I'd like to think it's because they're impressed with my massive feats of strength, given that I am pretty teensy, but deep down I know it's because I can't keep from wiggling the tush. That's why they watch. Speaking of tushies, my friend Competition Christy was in the gym Thursday morning doing this crazy reverse Hack Squat thing and holy moly, did that ever cause a gym ruckus. I mean she was on the Hack Squat backwards sticking her azz up in the air and every single living, breathing male in that entire place dropped their weights and watched ... I mean stared ... drooling. I went over to her and said "Um, you're causing a gym ruckus with that wacky move you got goin on" and she said "Really?" "Does it look like I'm doing it right" and I said "Well, if the objective is to stick your azz as high in the air as possible and move it up and down like you're doing some kind of back-door mattress mombo, then yea, I think you've got that one down, Sista"

Dubsiepoo sent me this vid....and I think it is awesome. It is helping me get a different outlook on lifting.

Listen SSS I'm pretty sure you pull more than I do and I believe truly deep down that I got me some massive feats of strength going on so so do you Take it back right now you are NOT eensy! Unless you want to be eensy which I'm doubting then, sure, you're eensy:eyeroll: OR you can be beastly eensy? Crap I don't know. If I could take my head and stick it on your body I would in a heartbeat. And I only say that rather than just switching bodies because I've been growing my hair out forever! Know what's funny? I take ONE day off for the mentals and it feels like a whole week I swear! So I can imagine your time away had you feeling a little better about the world. At least the bbing world. Yes? Say yes thanks.
