i go on the 'post your pictures' subforum quite a lot, to have a look at all the transformations.
there are guys on there who have been lifting for a month and look 100x better than i do
I have been lifting consistently for over 2 months now (and a while before then) and i look EXACTLY the same
- low test
- puffy nipples
- skinny-fat
- no base

you're probably a troll, but in case you aren't:
you need to eat. and I don't mean eat what you THINK is a lot. eat until you feel bloated and sick every meal, then eat more. you clearly have the skinny guy appetite, and nothing will change unless you force yourself to eat more. you're 6 foot and 163 lbs, and THAT is why you still look the same. also, you probably need to lift smarter (SS, 5x5, WSFSB, PHAT, they all work) and stick with it.**New Jersey Crew (732)**

its called lack of motivation....it takes years to look good and have a great physique. If it only took 2 months everyone would be big and ripped lol.
Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.
