    How many sets for triceps after chest workout

    for chest i do bench press, incline and decline press, flys. After that, how many sets should i do for tri's? i usually do about 9 sets, is that too much?

    I like to end my chest/shoulder/Tri day with a good superset on cables.

    V-Bar Pushdown 3x8
    Overhead Tricep Extension 3x6.

    Always a great end to a workout for me.
