cutting - how many carbs. im lost

Hey guys. i have bulked up (not much) but put on too much fat. so i am going to do a small cut i think and my belly is getting a little large. im not really into counting cals etc, i just make sure i get enough protein. What i want to know is how many carbs i should be getting. i have some in the morning (oats), and PWO shake (oats again). i am looking to loose about 20 pounds over the next few months with minimal muscle lose.
My question is, do i cut carbs out all day or just have a small amount for the first 3 - 4 meals each day. i work out about 7pm.
i have cut sugar, late night carbs etc and my diet is clean, but being 6ft and 202pounds (20% fat) i need to loose the fat before i continue to culk but i feel better being bigger if that makes sence lol

    thanks guys

I just got done with a mass cycle and am going to start cutting again. Speaking from my own past experience.
What worked really well for me was cycling carbs. I work out mostly in the AM. Typical for me would be taking in carbs in the am before and after my workout and none after that. On days I don't lift I would keep the carb intake as minimal as possible <30g. I would also do cardio first thing in the AM on those days on an empty stomach. Then try to get in a second cardio session at night. I watch my weight and my strength. If I lose too much of either too soon I will back off and take in more carbs but just not at night. Good luck and remember consistency is key!
