Ok So I Take Creatine Right Aroun 30-45 Min Before A Workout Then I Take It Again Immediately After Workout With Whey Protein. So Am I Wasting Any Creatine Doing It This Way?

3-5 grams of creatine per day, everyday, timing is irrelevant. No need to load or cycle either.

No . . . Basically the opposite of this ^^^
Obviously it doesn't matter at all when you take creatine, and any insignificant increase in absorption (.05g?) is pointless anyway unless you are getting exactly the right dose that won't be fully absorbed otherwise.
And while it isn't necessarily important when you take your protein, studies suggest there may be a slight advantage in getting some in around your workout (before or after) --> probably very small though
