Im bored so I decided to make a thread to lighten the mood up a bit. Most embarrassing thing I have ever done happened today. I was trying to see what my 1rm on squats were. I get to 355lbs and I get stuck half way up with no spotter. From all my pushing I farted but with my headphones on I couldnt tell if it was silent or not.
I did end up throwing the weight off my shoulder and slamming it against the safety rail. Scared a few people today and got back all the dumbell slammers.

didn't put on collars while doing OHP. Last rep of the set was a grinder. Bar went up uneven and all the weights on the left side of the bar fell off. Lucky no one was close to me...
Farting while squatting.

one time this dude that looked like mel gibson came into the gym while i was benching and i thought "no ****ing way thats mel gibson",so i somehow maneuvered toward him acting like i was actually gonna use the machine by him and said "hey r u...u know....Mel gibson?"and before i let him answer i said "i ****ing love braveheart,can i get your autograph",well he just looked at me in shock so i said"i will suck your ****ing dick for an autograph",he just nodded and went into the broom closet.......10 minutes later i said "so how bout that autograph" and he just laughed and said "im not mel gibson".i was so embarressed.ah sigh, yeah im pretty much a star****er.

Ripped my shorts squatting ATG, tore the ass out of them.. so then I rode home put on a pair of trackies, rode back and finished my workout.. I now don't wear shorts whilst squatting.

Sharting, missing one of the pins while trying to rack the bar, or loading one end up heavier than the other. I've done all of these multiple times.

guy in headphones asked me to spot him while benching. While i was leaned over a bead of sweat dripped off of the end of my nose. The guy had his eyes closed and his music loud so when his set was finished...he was fairly shocked to open his eyes and see me wiping the middle of his chest. He gave me an odd look.

Was spotting my buddy when he had 3 plates on bench when his right pec tore. Like a dummy, I tried to catch the weights on the right side and when the plates slid off, that end of the barbell shot up and hit me in the nose. These were iron plates so, they made quite a commotion so everyone looks to see me with blood gushing out of my nose and my buddy groaning and holding his right pec in pain.

dropped a missed snatch on my back

in my early days of lifting some tard left 315 loaded on the bar in the power rack, I venture to guess he was doing 4 inch knee bends with it.
I was gonna squat so I proceed to unload all three plates off one side. The side with 3 plates still on it immediately goes over board as soon as the other side is empty. Sh!t was so loud it sounded like WW3 and everyone bertstared me.Training Journal:

Tearing the a*s out of my shorts while squatting. Dropping a few weights on my toes. Failing on a squat attempt and then letting the weight fall onto the safeties and yelling fu*k really loud.

I have done most of the things in this thread, but I don't get embarrassed by it. I think the best one was when this cute personal trainer and her female client wanted to hook the TRX up to the rack while I was squatting. I let them work in during my rest periods and they would stand there and wait while I squatted. I put my headphones in, cranked them up loud and started my set. I farted my way through my sticking point, and I know it was loud because I could hear it even through my headphones. It immediately stunk up the whole corner of the gym. I racked the bar and turned around to see them quickly walking away. The trainer came back after about 5 minutes with a sheepish look on her face, then took the TRX and walked away without saying anything.

I actualy LOLed so hard my mom asked wtf i was doing so i told her the story^^^^
I ripped through atleast a dozen pair of boxer shorts, i wear boxer briefs now lol.
Farting on squats is obvious
farted Deadlifting while person behind me was sitting on the bench press(farted right in his face)
first time i attempted a 500lbs squat it crushed me like i never had a chance making such a loud bang, every one was already watching me so it was pretty embarassing
in my old gym their used to be single bathrooms that were shared, i took a huge SMASH that almost made me sick. When i left a hot girl walked in right after me closed the door and like 2 sec later walked out and gave me the most disgusted look ever. the next day that bathroom had a can of spray in it530/335/545

when i was first trying out gear, I was trying to pull a PR (sumo) and got it up probably halfway. next thing I know I'm waking up on the floor with a nice puddle of puke around me. I felt like a tart and just started walking home.

I was spotting my buddy on the bench. He was using somewhere around 300+. He gets up and walks away after his set, and I get this bizarre impulse to do a few shrugs with the weight, just to see what it feels like (haven't done shrugs in years). So anyway, I get up on the squat supports and shrug it, but when i go to put it down i miss the pins. The thing ends up pulling me forward on to the bench. it hits the bench pretty loudly, but even worse was that my shins slammed into a metal bar in the bench and left a really weird dent. Everybody looked over, and my face turned into a tomato. lulz were had.
