What's the word on the muscle pharm assault pre work out. I ain't tried it yet but the reviews I've seen seem to be pretty good. Best pre I've ever taken was xpand xtreme pump but I dont like the price. Lookin for the same effects. I've tried jack3d, c4, neurocore, hemo ultra concentrate. Still can't find what I'm lookin for! Any suggestions or comments?

It's one of my favorite preworkouts. The Orange Mango tastes amazing and it gives me a great workout. You won't get CRAZY energy at 1 serving (1/2 scoop), but the energy is good, pumps are good, and endurance is great.

I recommend giving it a try.

Not worth the money...just look at Mike Vick and all the sponsored athletes....just take gatorade and add caffeine and some Univeristy study will say it works...hmmm...caffeine works...carbs work....hmm...must work...

Assault is an excellent product & it does work as advetised & Orange Mango flavor is simply delicious.

Im currently taking it, its good....but it is alot to drink (12-16 oz)...compared to jacked or c4 (4-6).

im on it now too and i notice that i need to double the dose on some days, im using the fruit punch flavor, kinda taste like N.O. By bsn, but as for affect? its a great focus and pump for the entire session. I usually go an hour- two hours on my workouts and im still pumped at the end.

Tried this one, I used it as pre-workout quite good gives you that tingling feeling. but it prevents me from sleeping so I only take during weekends when there's no work.

Full scoop will give you 5 g creatine, 6 g BCAA,and 4 g BA. Green Apple and Rasp Lemonade are my favs.

Assault gave me the ****s and didn't do much other than that, out of all the pres I have tried I love my white flood.

I like assault and have it and white flood at home and take both on a whim. If you haven't tried the new no xplode 2.0 you should. There is a sample thread in the promo section. The new formula is legit, no more 3 scoop servings!!!
