Hey guys,
I need help!
5'4, 140lb
Total Cal: 2380
Macro: 175 protein, 250 carbs, and 75g fat.
Do you think that's too much protein, carbs, and fat?
Can someone please help me come up with a meal that consists of some greens, avocado for fat, grill chicken breast, and egg white only? i will be forever grateful! Can't afford anything else. I also have whey protein, casein, fish oil, multivitamin, and creatine as supplements.
I tried it myself, but not sure if it's right. I have everything down, but my nutrition. I know it's a lot to ask, but i will love you forever!
I read that egg whites are 17 calories so does that mean i should eat like 8 egg whites per meal?

That really depends on your goals and like chike22 said, your TDEE. Are you bulking or cutting? And also, if you want to save some money, you can eat the whole egg and get more protein and some fat. That way you don't have to buy so many avocados.

I finally got used to using the caliper after getting it and there's so many questions I have that I need help with. Thank you so much for your help!
My body fat came out to be 13.3%.
I bought a bunch of chicken breast for proteins, some veggies and some stuff that has fiber in it (Thanks Adam!). What I'm really unsure of is how to eat and calculate these food.
My stats once again:

I'm trying to cut to build just lean muscle and get the abs to show. I want to divide the meals into 3-5, but I'm not sure how to calculate so many things. If i need 175 Protein then does that mean I should consume a lot of chicken & egg whites and things that have a lot of protein in it? I do have Whey Protein Isolated and I'm not sure how much to take as well. Do i take what I need left if I didn't eat enough proteins? If i ate enough meat, then protein wouldn't be needed right? Also, i know unsaturated fat is needed, so should i consume a total of 75g of unsaturated fat? Does that mean i should only eat avocado and nuts if my chicken doesn't provide me enough unsaturated fat? I'm so sorry for so many questions. I just really need help and the forum has been so helpful to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
