heh hence the "do i even lift?" quote or w/e you call that thing under the username. I'm in a 12 week transformation challenge right now, link here: http://redd.it/oxg0b . I've always been a skinny phuck so i'm hoping putting on weight won't be too bad. i have lifted in the past but nothing too serious. i've changed my diet and did a lot of research on lifts and all that jazz. being on these forums for the past couple years has been a great deal of help so i expect the most out of the next 3 months. i also plan to maybe start cycling some creatine at around the 6 week mark. my workout plan right now is a 5-6 day week. if you guys wanna sub to my log, i can promise you'll see some impressive stuff from me.

your truly an inspiration to al other teens bodybuilders who currently are going throught the same path that you are taking. please just remember when you become famous and you tell a speech to the audience at the olympia. you are the best kid in the world.
