Sadly, I'd be lying if I didn't admit that the reason I became more hgyenical as far as acne and teeth goes was due to my ex that left me after 3 1/2 years. But me working out, that was all me, I love this ****. Again, I will be honest that I shall fully enjoy the moment we stumble into each other somewhere and her jaw drops.

Close friend of mine was 22yo, 5'7 230ish, girlfriend of 4yrs dumped him and immediately started dating some other guy that she had been cheating with for about 6 months. He didnt speak to her for over a year. 18months after the breakup, he was down to 185 and about 15% BF, and benching 285 for reps...now, this was not "natural" progress, but whatever. So 18months later we see his ex and the boyfriend at the bar. Boyfriend goes to the bathroom, she comes over to my friend and starts flirting, telling him how great he looks, yada yada yada. He waits till the boyfriend returns then starts to get touchy/feely with her. Boyfriend gets brave and then gets knocked out cold on the floor with one shot. Bar brawl ensues.

We would have spent the night in jail, but his EX bailed us out under the agreement that he was going to go home with her/sleep with her that night. As soon as we stepped out of the police station, he tells her to go kick rocks and we call a cab.

Hey whatever gets you going, run with it, finding the motivation and getting your head straight and having a positive attitude is a huge part of a lifestyle change. Though I will admit after seeing your body change and realizing anyone who is willing to work at it hard enough at it can make it happen will become all the motivation you need.

I was pretty big at one point, 242lbs but mostly fat, just got lazy and slothful. My ex broke up with me in April last year even I was down to 195lbs at that point so has been noticeably loosing weight and I did suspect she was communicating with someone else. Now at 175lbs and have been bulking and lifting hard for 3 weeks, her male friend told me she was very envious of the way I look now an even though I have nothing against her, it still makes me feel great knowing that she is missing out on this!
