    Traps used to look like this but family and friends told me they looked ridiculous.

    Do you know any good delt exercises where the neck and upper back are completely supported and I'm not lifting above my head? I'm undergoing investigations about my cervical and thoracic spine atm so I've been told to not lift stuff above my head or where my upper back and neck are not completely supported until x-rays comeback.

    Only thing I can think of is isolating each head with dumbbells and going light/high reps.

    That way, you can control the weight you're moving and have them completely isolated without putting stress on your neck or upper back.

    chest and obliques look good.. you can work on your delts, traps and tris but kinda just looks like genetics
