    It's alright to do them, although I don't see why you would right before going to bed... it'll just get your blood pumping and you'll have trouble falling asleep..

    if anything just do them in the morning brah

    sure why not. i wouldn't do it on a chest day or the day after a chest day though. 50-100 push ups before bed wouldn't hurt tho
